The scraper cleans cast and wrought iron without attacking the valuable patina, for it adjusts perfectly to the inside of Dutch Ovens, Fire Skillets and Loaf Pans. The scraper is made of food-safe plastic and is heat-proof up to 248 °F (120 °C). The versatile kitchen utensil is also suitable as an outstanding dough scraper or spatula for dividing dough into portions.
